On Sunday I traveled to Stuttgart to experience my first big time european football game at the 60,000 capacity Mercedes-Benz Arena. I must say that the atmosphere created by the home fans was something you don’t see in American sports. They were organized, loud and up for the entire game.
Then I was warned that the Stuttgart fateful do not even compare to some other clubs.
VfB Stuttgart crushed Hanover96 2-0.
