Short Break.
After racing for a solid five weeks with a double on the final week I decided not to travel to Poland and race the Poznan Premium European Cup this past weekend. I figured it was prime time for a short mid-season break especially after I was told I was designated back-up for our final Bundesliga race the following weekend (Olympian Sander Berk from the Netherlands and James Elvery will be racing as the foreigners for ALZ). Dropping out of Poznan was not an easy decision since visiting Poland is one of main reasons for my European summer season, but I still plan on racing in Poliska come September in the Kedzierzyn Kozle Premium European Cup. The break was filled with some highs and lows.
